Samklef To Sue Nollywood Actress, Chika Lann, Netflix Over Copyright Infringement

 

 

 

 

Nigerian musician and producer, Samuel Ogwuachuba  popularly known as Samklef has vowed to sue the Nollywood actress and producer, Chika Lann and Netflix over copyright infringement.

Chika Lann, producer of the movie, "The Millions"currently streaming on Netflix and other digital platforms is said to have violated and used a sound recording belonging to Samklef without proper authorization.

In the movie, Samklef’s 2011 smash hit single, “Molowo Noni’ features as a soundtrack in the movie and Samklef has angrily taken to social media to call out the producers of the movie saying, ‘the owner of this movie title “The Millions‘ should please call me.

I don’t joke with my business. You can’t use my song without paperwork and put it on Netflix.
